Age Requirement

You must be 21 years or older to purchase from eat me too. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to request ID upon delivery.

Products

Our cakes contain real alcohol and are intended for adult consumption only. Alcohol content varies by product. Do not consume if pregnant, nursing, or sensitive to alcohol.

Allergens

All products contain wheat, eggs, and dairy. Some products contain nuts, soy, or other allergens. Contact us before ordering if you have food allergies.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver within the San Diego area. Someone 21+ must be present to receive delivery. For pickup orders, please bring valid ID.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we'll make it right. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery/pickup.
